Most of our English-speaking clients own a riad, a villa or a rental apartment in Marrakech and live in Europe or North America. Their problem is rarely the property itself: it is that the property only exists on booking platforms, where a commission is taken on every night booked.

Rates and timelines

Hosting and domain name are excluded and remain in your name: roughly 500 to 1,200 MAD per year. Every project starts with a free mockup, delivered within 48 hours, before any financial commitment.

How a remote project runs

1. Video call — we look at the property, the audience and the platforms you already use.
2. Content — you send what you have; we interview you for the rest and write the text.
3. Mockup in 48 hours — you review it at your own pace and we revise it with you.
4. Build and test — development, then testing on phone, tablet and desktop.
5. Launch and training — we publish, then show you how to update rates and photos yourself.

Why direct booking matters financially

On a nightly rate of 900 MAD, a platform commission of 15 to 20 % represents roughly 135 to 180 MAD. Across fifty nights a month, that is far more than the annual cost of a website with a booking engine.
