Website creation for health and medical in Morocco
Firms, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies and paramedical practitioners: a site that answers patients' questions before the appointment, and frames what the law allows to be published.
A patient looking for a practitioner arrives with a concrete question: where, when, how much, and does this match my case. They're not looking for a brochure. The site must therefore answer fast and clearly, while respecting the limits of your profession — we define those limits with you before writing the first line, rather than discovering a problem after launch.
- Public prices September 2026: practice showcase from 2,499 MAD in 7 days, plan with appointment booking from 5,400 MAD, custom project from 9,000 MAD.
- No patient data is collected on the site: values entered in our tools stay in the visitor's browser.
- Content is framed with you before writing: we write nothing that exposes your professional liability.
- Twelve months of follow-up included: fixes, updates and backups after go-live.
Health and medical professions
A dental surgeon and a psychologist share neither the same clientele nor the same discretion requirements. The site's structure follows the profession, never the other way around.
General practitioner
The four most-consulted pieces of information: real hours, exact address, insurance agreements or payment methods, and appointment procedures. One page is enough when these four points are accurate.
Dentiste
The patient looks for specific treatments: implant, orthodontics, whitening, emergency. One page per procedure, with what the treatment involves in number of sessions, is the most reassuring format.
Orthodontiste
Patients are often families, with questions of cost and duration. Presenting the options — metal braces, ceramic, aligners — and the average duration per treatment type reduces administrative calls.
Dermatologue
Two distinct clienteles coexist: medical — acne, eczema, screening — and aesthetic. Separating them on the site avoids receiving the wrong request in the right place.
Clinique
The site carries the organization: specialties, practitioners on site, technical facilities, admission and discharge procedures. A hospitalized patient prepares their stay from this information.
Hospital and institution
The structure must distinguish services, access points, consultation hours and emergencies. Contact information must be findable in one gesture, including from a phone.
Laboratoire d'analyse
The patient wants to know if an appointment is needed, whether to come fasting, and how long until results. Answering these three questions avoids a large share of calls.
Pharmacie
Online medicine sales are strictly regulated in Morocco: the site is therefore designed as an information and guidance site, with hours, duty service and services offered. Parapharmacy falls under a separate regime, to be checked case by case.
Physiotherapist
The patient comes on prescription or on their own for a precise reason: back, knee, post-operative rehabilitation. One page per reason, with the usual number of sessions, helps them understand what to expect.
Osteopath
The question of practitioner recognition is central. Training completed, session length, target audience — infants, athletes, pregnant women — must be readable without having to ask.
Psychologue
Discretion comes first. No intrusive photos, no identifiable testimonials, and clear terms: session length, price, possible teleconsultation. The site must inspire trust without ever exposing.
Nutritionniste
The patient looks for a method and a follow-up price. Detailing the process — initial consultation, follow-up frequency, equipment used — answers the core of the request, which is rarely about the practitioner's title.
Opticien
The client wants to know if an eye exam is offered, within what timeframe, and which ranges are available. Promotions must be dated: a discount shown without an end date loses credibility.
Hearing aid specialist
The client, often elderly or accompanied, is looking for a hearing assessment and fitting solutions. The journey — test, trial, adjustment, follow-up — deserves a step-by-step explanation.
Medical aesthetic center
Procedures must be described by their expected results and recovery, not by promises. The question of which practitioner performs the procedure and the downtime is decisive for the decision.
Veterinarian
Two audiences: pets and livestock. The three most frequent requests concern hours, emergencies and vaccination. A dedicated emergencies page, with a direct number, avoids untreated late calls.
Centre de soins
Home nurses, sampling, dressings, post-operative care: the site must state the covered area and travel terms, which are the first two questions asked.
We systematically ask to see the ethical framework applicable to your profession before writing. It's not a formality: publishing a patient testimonial, a result promise or a comparison with a colleague can be problematic, and it's better fixed before than after.
What a patient looks for before calling
These elements must be findable without scrolling the page. These are the questions asked on the phone when the information isn't written online.
- Real hours, in a table — with the lunch break, closing days and what to do outside those hours.
- Exact address and access — neighborhood landmark, parking, entrance accessibility if it's an issue.
- Appointment procedures — by phone, online, or on site, and the average wait to get a slot.
- Prices and payment methods — insurers, third-party payment, agreements: the patient anticipates what they will pay.
- Appointment booking cliquable — a dedicated module or a WhatsApp link, depending on what your office can absorb.
- A “before your visit” page — prescription to bring, fasting preparation, administrative documents: eases the front office.
An important clarification: the form must never be used to ask a medical question. We frame it to collect an appointment request, and we display an explicit notice inviting people to contact emergencies in case of immediate need.
The searches the site must cover
Health searches are very local and often urgent. The Google listing and the site must carry the same information, starting with hours.
We display neither an aggregate rating nor patient testimonials on these sites. An overall score without a verifiable source is both useless for the patient and risky for you. Reviews are built on your Google listing, where they can be authenticated.
Prices and deadlines
Public rates, excluding hosting and domain name. None of our modules collects health data.
| Formule | Ce qu'elle contient | Prix | Deadline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vitrine | 5 pages, practice presentation, hours, access, contact, Google listing | 2 499 DH | 7 days |
| Appointments | Up to 12 pages, one page per procedure or specialty, appointment booking, multilingual | 5 400 DH | 14 days |
| Custom-made | Patient area, several practitioners, teleconsultation, content written under your control | 9 000 DH et plus | 21 days |
A health website isn't a marketing tool in the usual sense: it's a service to the patient. The metric that matters isn't the number of visitors, but the number of calls that never happened because the answer was already online.
Frequently asked questions
What can I publish on a health website in Morocco?
It depends on your profession and your professional order. We define the scope with you before writing. As a rule: practical information is always useful, descriptions of procedures must remain descriptive and non-promotional, and identifiable patient testimonials must be avoided. When in doubt, we refrain and you decide.
Can I put patient reviews on the site?
We don't display them as an aggregate rating: an overall score without verifiable reviews exposes you to a sanction and adds little for the patient. However, a properly maintained Google Business Profile listing lets patients leave authenticatable reviews, which you can then quote anonymized.
How does online appointment booking work?
Two ways. Either a booking module linked to your calendar, showing the slots actually available. Or a form or WhatsApp link that forwards the request to your office, which confirms. The second solution costs less and suits most practices. The first only makes sense beyond a certain volume.
Must the site be multilingual?
It depends on your patient base. In Marrakech and the big cities, an Arabic and an English version serve a real share of patients. For a neighbourhood practice with a stable clientele, French is often enough. We decide based on your situation, not on principle.
What happens if I change office staff?
Nothing: you own the site, the domain name and the access. Requests arrive at the address and number you choose, and you can change them yourself after the training. No part of the site depends on any one person.
