Our guarantees, in writing
· by the Agence Web Premium team, Guéliz Marrakech
Direct answer: the five commitments below appear in each of our contracts: mock-up before payment, total ownership of the code, access to your name from day one, twelve months of follow-up, and no technical lock-in. They respond to the five most frequent unpleasant surprises in the sector in Morocco.
Each guarantee corresponds to a problem that our customers have actually encountered with a previous service provider. These are not commercial arguments but responses to concrete situations.
Guarantee 1 — You see before you pay
In short: We deliver your home page layout within 48 hours. You do not pay anything before having validated it.
It is the most effective filter against unpleasant surprises. Most agencies require 30 to 50% deposit before any production: you pay on a promise.
If the model does not suit you, you owe nothing and you leave. We have never lost a customer at this stage, but the possibility exists and it is written.
Guarantee 2 — The code is entirely yours
In short: Files, database, source models and content become your property upon final payment. Total transfer, without reservation.
Frequent problem in Morocco: an agency delivers a site but keeps the code, forcing the client to stay at home for the slightest modification.
With us, the transfer is complete. You can entrust the site to another service provider the day after delivery, without asking us anything.
Guarantee 3 — Access is in your name from day one
In short: Domain name, hosting, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google listing are created in your name, not ours.
This is the most painful situation we encounter with new clients: a site that works, but whose domain belongs to the former service provider who cannot be reached.
We create all accounts with your email address and name. We access it by delegation, which you can revoke at any time. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would still be in complete control.
Guarantee 4 — Twelve months of follow-up included
In short: Security updates, backups, bug fixes and small changes for one year, without additional billing.
The industry standard is between three and six months. We go to twelve because real problems often appear after the sixth month.
Included: technical updates, daily backups, correction of any malfunctions, and minor content adjustments.
Not included: new features and redesigns, which are subject to a quote.
Guarantee 5 — No technical confinement
In short: We don't use proprietary platforms or technology that you can't leave behind. Your data can be exported at any time.
Some agencies build on an in-house platform: leaving means redoing everything. We work with standard and documented technologies.
On request, we provide a takeover file that allows any developer to take over.
What do you not guarantee?
In short: We do not guarantee the first position on Google, nor a turnover. Nobody honestly can.
An agency that guarantees first place on Google lies or plays on keywords without competition. The algorithms are not controlled by anyone.
What we guarantee, however: a technically impeccable site for SEO — clean structure, speed, structured data, optimized content. The rest depends on your market, your competitors and the weather.
We also refuse to guarantee a delay on content that we have not received. If your texts and photos arrive three weeks late, delivery follows.
