How does payment work?

Direct answer: you pay in twice: 50% after validation of the model, 50% on delivery. No payment is required until you have seen the work. Systematic compliant invoice, and several payment methods accepted in Morocco and abroad.
Payment is often the moment where trust is at stake. We have constructed our terms so that the risk remains on our side, not yours.
When do I have to pay the first time?
In short: After having seen and validated the model of your home page, delivered within 48 hours. Nothing before.
The exact order of steps:
- First exchange: we understand your needs. Free.
- Detailed quote, firm price. Free.
- Homepage mockup within 48 hours. Free.
- You validate. First payment: 50%.
- Complete development of the site.
- Recipe on a test environment, corrections.
- Online. Balance: 50%.
If you stop at step 4, you owe nothing.
What payment methods do you accept?
In short: In Morocco: transfer, cash payment, check. From abroad: SEPA transfer, international transfer, Wise.
For Moroccan customers, the bank transfer is the simplest and leaves a clear accounting trace. We also accept cash payment at the office with immediate receipt.
For European customers, Wise is generally the most economical: low fees and a real exchange rate. SEPA transfer also works.
Will I receive a compliant invoice?
In short: Yes, systematically, with all legal notices. For foreign customers, the invoice is issued for the provision of services outside the European Union.
A valid invoice is essential for your accounting and for the deduction of the charge. We issue it without you having to ask for it.
If your accountant requires a special mention, indicate it before issuance: we will add it.
Can we pay more than twice?
In short: Yes, on projects exceeding 10,000 MAD, we offer a spread of three or four payments linked to specific stages.
Each payment corresponds to a verifiable stage: model validated, development completed, put online, for example.
For online stores and tailor-made projects, this is frequently the formula chosen. It is discussed at the time of the quote, at no additional cost.
What if the project stops midway?
In short: You keep everything that was produced and paid for. We do not retain files or access.
If you interrupt the project after the first payment, we will provide you with the progress status: models, product code, written content. The paid work is yours.
If we had to interrupt on our side - a case which has never happened - we would reimburse the unrealized part.
Are there any hidden fees?
In short: No. The quote is firm. The only external costs are the domain name and hosting, announced in advance.
What is systematically included in our prices: design, development, putting online, basic technical referencing, training to get started and twelve months of follow-up.
What is not, and which we cost separately: the domain name (around 100 to 150 MAD per year), hosting (600 to 1,500 MAD per year), professional photos and certified translation.
These amounts are communicated to you upon quotation. No discovery along the way.
