Do I need technical skills to use it?
No: the interface looks like a simple site, usable from a phone. Team training is included, in Darija, French or English, with an illustrated guide.
What happens to my current Excel files?
We import their content into the new system at launch — you don't start from a blank page. Spreadsheets remain useful as exports for accounting; they just stop being the central system.
How long until a first usable dashboard?
Allow 3-5 weeks depending on scope: one week of scoping, then delivery of a first usable version, then adjustments with the team. We don't disappear after launch: 12 months of follow-up are included.
