How we work here
Short projects, seven to twenty-one days. Moroccan clients we actually meet, not anonymous tickets. We write code we review, we publish sites we then have to maintain for twelve months — which radically changes how they get built. Nobody ships something they could not pick up again six months later.
The profiles we look for
Front-end web development
Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript, without needing a framework to build a simple page. A feel for performance and accessibility. Knowing why an image weighs 2 MB and how to bring it down to 80 KB. On-site in Guéliz or hybrid.
SEO and writing
Writing correct French, understanding search intent, being able to read Search Console. Written Arabic and Darija are a genuine plus, not decorative: part of our content is trilingual.
What we expect
- Showing real work rather than a list of technologies
- Saying "I do not know" rather than improvising in front of a client
- Meeting an announced date, or warning before rather than after
- Writing clearly — in code as in a message
What we offer
- Projects delivered fast, so many complete cycles in a short time
- Direct client contact, not three layers of hierarchy
- Hours that are respected: Monday to Saturday, 9am – 7pm, evenings are yours
- A short paid technical exercise, never a disguised free project
Open application
Even with no role posted, write to us. Send two or three pieces of work with one sentence explaining your exact role on each, and say what you want to learn. Three-page CVs with no link to concrete work help nobody. We answer every application, including the negative ones.
