Your pharmacy has an ideal location and loyal customers — but how many come because they know you? A website turns your pharmacy into a 24/7 service, even when the shutter is down.
1. Hours and on-call online. “Which pharmacy is on call tonight?” is a daily search in Morocco. Display your hours, on-call days and addresses on Google Maps. The client who finds you in an emergency becomes loyal.
2. WhatsApp orders. The customer sends their medication list via WhatsApp, you prepare the order, they pick it up. Simple, fast, no app to install — perfectly suited to Morocco.
3. Front and center services. Tests, blood pressure, medical equipment, orthopedics, parapharmacy, advice: present your services with photos. Patients know where to go and what to ask for.
4. Health advice and blog. Simple articles (flu, allergies, baby care...) position your pharmacy as an expert and capture local health searches.
5. Reviews and trust. Your Google rating and customer reviews matter enormously in healthcare. A reviews block plus leave-a-review links encourages word of mouth.
A pharmacy site is simple and fast to build: a home page, services, on-call, contact. From 2,499 MAD during the current promotion, it pays for itself with a few extra clients a month.

A pharmacy-related local search almost always covers four things: hours and on-call, exact address, availability of a particular service, and contact. These four pieces of information must be readable in seconds, without needless scrolling.
The rest — pharmacy story, team presentation, tips — comes next. Useful, but secondary in the decision.
The legal frame, to verify before designing the site
Online medication sales are strictly regulated in Morocco. A pharmacy site must therefore be conceived first as information and orientation, not a shop. Parapharmacy falls under a distinct regime, to verify with your professional order and sector obligations.
We design the site around that limit, from the first exchange: better define the authorized scope before drawing unusable pages.
Role sharing between the site and the Google profile
Both must carry the same information. A different address between listing and site is one of the inconsistencies we fix most often.
Building a pharmacy's contact page
It's the most visited page of a pharmacy site, and often the most neglected. It must answer three questions in seconds: where exactly are you, when are you open, and how to reach you.
- Address written in full, with a neighborhood landmark. A map alone isn't enough: many patients read the page while walking.
- Hours as a table, one line per day, including lunch break and Sundays.
- On-call service, if it concerns you, with its validity period. Outdated on-call info sends a patient to a closed door.
- A clickable number on phones, plus a WhatsApp link for simple questions.
- Access: parking, transportation, entrance ramp if accessibility is an issue.
The content that genuinely drives local visits
A few pages answer real searches in Marrakech and big cities: reading a prescription, taking antibiotics properly, what to do for child fever, storing medications in summer. These topics are searched locally, often in the evening, often from a phone.
Two conditions: never give personalized medical advice online, and always redirect to a consultation or the pharmacy for specific cases. An explanatory article must point to a professional, never replace one.
The Google listing, first point of contact
| Listing element | To check | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Hours of operation | Same as those on the site | With every change |
| Address and phone | Strictly identical to the site | Once, then when moving |
| Pictures | Storefront, interior, access | Two to three times a year |
| Services offered | Exact and up-to-date list | Once or twice a year |
| Questions and opinions | Written replies, without giving medical advice | Every week |
It's this consistency between the profile and the site that weighs most on local search, more than the quantity of published content.
Naming your pharmacy online unambiguously
Many pharmacies share a neighborhood or street name. Online, this proximity creates real confusion: patients call one pharmacy thinking they're reaching another, or get directions to the wrong place.
So page titles must state the commune and, if needed, a distinctive landmark. This precision isn't artificial SEO: it matches how people actually refer to the pharmacy. It's also what prevents a patient, looking for an address, from landing on the profile of a namesake pharmacy across town.
What a site must not do
A pharmacy site must never offer online diagnosis, nor suggest a written answer replaces a consultation. It must also avoid displaying medication prices, or promising real-time stock availability without being able to guarantee it.
Our approach on these pages is deliberately careful: explain, direct toward the pharmacy or the doctor, and let human exchange do the rest. It's the framework that secures the pharmacy — and reassures the patient too.
